The Council meets 6 times a year. The meetings are usually held in East Anglia on a Tuesday evening. Virtual participation for trustees is an option.
There are three specialist committees who report back to the main council. They are: Stud Book and Grants Committee, Scientific Committee and Marketing, Shows and Events Committee. Committees also meet six times a year. Working parties are also arranged in order to carry out specific functions or projects.
