Any paid up member is entitled to stand for Council, provided they are willing to serve, attend meetings, and accept legal responsibility placed upon Company Directors and Charity Trustees. Candidates must be proposed by two paid-up members. Members seeking election must complete an application form. Applications must be submitted 6 weeks before the AGM in April 2023.
If there are more applicants than there are positions on the committee, then all paid up members of the Society will be sent a ballot form with their AGM agenda, and are invited to complete and return it if they wish to vote for members of Council.
