The AGM takes place on April 20th 2024.

Following the closing date for receipt of nominations to Council, four nominations were submitted and consequently there will be no need this year for a ballot in order to elect Council members.
A proxy form will be posted to all members who are eligible to vote at the AGM, which this year includes a Special Resolution in order to update the Articles of Association. The revised changes bring the Articles of Association, and the Suffolk Horse Society, into the 21st century.
